Tim Prato: Escrow Manager
Tim is a licensed Escrow Officer in Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado and has worked at Clear Title since 2007. He is a graduate of the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he was a co-founder of the UMKC chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity. He is also a veteran of the Marine Corps, having served in Iraq in 2003. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, daughter Eleanor, and their many pets. Brooke McBride: Escrow Closer
Brooke Came to Clear title in January of 2015 after working in the nonprofit world for multiple years here in KC. She has 2 adult children who keep her laughing all the time with their antics and fun personalities! Brooke has 2 dogs that are her nightly entertainment and a horse that her daughter shows competitively. Brooke’s niche at Clear Title is the Investor world. Erin Ward: Title Examiner
Erin Ward grew up in Olathe, Kansas and returned to the Johnson County area after graduating from Kansas State University in 2020. She’s been working for Clear Title since then as a Title Producer. When it comes to questions about Title Commitments, Erin is the one to ask! Justin Hoover: Post Closing
Justin grew up in Lawrence and moved to Overland Park after graduating K-State. He started working for Clear Title in 2021. Justin handles everything after everyone has signed closing paperwork, working with lenders for funding approval, and finally sending out all final signed documents to let everyone know the transaction has closed and funded! Amy Woods: Post closings
Amy joined the Clear Title family in the fall of 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, has been a licensed Realtor for 20 years and enjoys working in all aspects of the real estate industry.
