Record appropriate documents and issues title insurance policies
Welcome to post closing, a boring but very necessary part of the process. Once everything is wrapped up, we still need to record the documents at the Recorder of Deeds to show the property has transferred ownership and if there is a new mortgage on the property, then we will issue the title insurance policies. Our last step will be to send the buyer and lender their respective title policies along with the recorded deed and mortgage.
