We believe that everyone should be able to chase their dreams. We get to help in that pursuit by demystifying the real estate world through educating others.
Our Story:
In 2003 Clear Title started in my apartment, our first document sets were printed and copied at Kinko’s until we had enough for a laser printer. After a couple of months we got our first office address. We were in a supply closet of a law firm in Lee’s Summit, MO. I literally sat in between the vacuum and the rack of cleaning supplies. They ran a network cable and phone line in for us and let us use their conference room for our closings. We eventually moved into our own office right off Douglas Road in Lee’s Summit. Once I started having children, I moved our offices to the Kansas side in Corporate Woods to be closer to my family. We have settled in and have been at our current location off 130th and Metcalf since 2010.
Through the years my passion for title insurance and specifically for the urban core has grown. We educate our community about the importance of using a title company whenever we have the chance.
