Through Title Bridge’s in-house underwriting process they will determine if a property with a tax deed in it’s history is eligible to obtain a Tax Sale Certificate. With their Tax Sale Certificate, Clear Title can issue title insurance on tax foreclosed properties.
Title Bridge’s Tax Certificate is approved by our underwriter, Alliant National Title.
Title Bridge’s Tax Certificate is a more cost effective and timely solution compared to a quiet title lawsuit, which could take up to a year or more and cost over $2,500.
A Tax Certificate’s costs start from just $1,395* and could be completed within 45 days.
